Administrative Assistant

This position provides administrative support to the Customer Service Department relating to infrastructure along with customers and vendors.

We are looking for a detail oriented, analytical go-getter that is reliable and trustworthy. A people-oriented individual with strong communication skills, desire to grow and with the goal to perform work independently.

In this role you will create purchase orders, formal acknowledgements and assist with shipping by creating mailing labels, work orders and packing lists.

Additional responsibilities include answering and directing calls, mail distribution, office supply orders, file creation, vending and additional work as assigned.

To be successful in this role the following skills are preferred:

Experience with multi phone lines.

Computer technology experience includes excel, word, outlook, and teams.

Prior administrative support experience-minimum of 1 year

Record Keeping

Familiarity with various office equipment

This is a part-time position Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 2pm preferred.
